Return Policy for Royal Glow Candles

Thank you for shopping with Royal Glow Candles! We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are happy to assist you with returns, exchanges, or refunds, as outlined in this policy.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • The item must be free from any damage, alteration, or signs of use.
  • You must have the original order receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Certain items, including personalized or opened products (such as candles, home decor, or electronic accessories), are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns for the following items:

  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Opened or used candles, home decor, or electronic items
  • Clearance or final sale items
  • Gift cards or downloadable products

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please see the “Damaged or Defective Items” section for instructions on how to return or exchange it.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support:
    Reach out to us at info@royalglowcandles.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.

  2. Return Authorization:
    Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed return instructions. Please include the RA number on your return package.

  3. Return Shipping:
    You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

  4. Packaging Your Return:
    Please pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging to prevent damage during return shipping. Include all accessories, tags, and documentation that were originally included with the product.

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If your return is approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued for the cost of the returned item(s), excluding any shipping fees or taxes. If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect items), we will also refund the original shipping costs.
  • Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different product (size, color, etc.), we recommend initiating a return for a refund and placing a new order for the desired item. If the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@royalglowcandles.com within 7 days of receiving the product. We will guide you through the process to return or exchange the damaged or defective item at no cost to you.

Please include the following information when reporting a damaged or defective item:

  • Order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • Description of the damage or defect

We will offer a replacement, repair, or refund based on the situation.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
